Zach is a United States Air Force (USAF) veteran. He received several military honors including Airman of the Year (2004) for his squadron and Senior Airman Below the Zone (2006). He earned a degree in Avionics Systems Technology.
Zach also earned degrees in Biblical Studies (a B.S. in BS) and Civic and Social Entrepreneurship. He's currently a doctoral student earning a Doctor of Transformational Leadership with concentrations in cultural, city, and organizational transformation from Bakke Graduate University (BGU).
Zach is a professional coach specializing in business process, creativity, marriage or relationship, and spiritual coaching. He is certified through CoachNet Global. From time to time, he takes on new coaching clients. He's a former grassroots community organizer. His work in and around Whittier Neighborhood and Downtown Sioux Falls, South Dakota impacted the lives of thousands of residents for good. More recently, his work with Celebrate Recovery® of Set Free Beaumont has impacted hundreds of men in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.
Zach is married to Alea and they get to parent three adventuresome boys.

Zach has worked as a paid professional coach for 5+ years. As a consultant, Zach works with companies around organizational development. Zach is past President of a professional networking group, which passed $12M+ between Oct 1, 2016-2017.
Zach is also a business owner for 6+ years developing a commercial cleaning business in Southeast Texas and a marketing services shop.
